President and Chief Executive Officer

Ram Panikath a.k.a Ramaprasad P, with four decades of rich and diversified experience in IT, OIL & Gas and Engineering Construction is the co-founder and the leading force behind the Caparizon  (erstwhile known as ITFlux) team. He brings with him the multinational, multicultural exposure rightly needed for an organization like Caparizon which has established its presence in the US and India. He firmly believes that it is always the person behind the keyboard and not the keyboard itself that creates wonders.

After doing his Bachelor’s in Engineering from Cochin University, Ram’s career spanned multiple industries and various positions. Shifting to the US in 1996, he joined a 15 million dollar IT company. Rising in his career to the position of COO, he took the company to new heights to a valuation of 100 million and spreading its operations in US, Europe, Middle East and Japan. In 2003, Ram along with Vinod Narayan co-founded ITFlux Inc. And since then, it has been a successful journey from a startup, to a company which collaborates with other companies to carve their success stories by delivering IT and Business Solutions in multiple platforms and areas.

Krishnanath Venkataraman

Chief Operating Officer

Krishnanath Venkataraman, the energetic and versatile technocrat of Caparizon, believes in leading from the front. Always active and vocal about his ideas and vision, Krishnan is successful in grooming a multifaceted team and believes in customer satisfaction and timely deliverables. With his strong technical acumen and grip over multiple technologies, he leads the Development Services and Sales & Operations of Caparizon.

A Mechanical Engineer from Mahatma Gandhi University, he has more than two decades of experience in the IT industry. Having served various positions at Cordys, R&D India Ltd, a leading BPM provider, Krishnan has developed a sharp eye for details and is able to think big when it comes to designing and actualizing engineering solutions. He loves taking risks and his positive outlook and passion have successfully driven the team in facing challenges with ease. A vivid learner of the latest trends and technologies, he is an ardent art lover and a performer of temple percussion instruments.

Hariharan Subramanian

Assistant Vice President, Solutions

Hariharan Subramanian, AVP – Solutions, comes with ample industry experience in both Product and Service based Software domains. Graduated from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in 2008 in Information Technology, he joined a startup where he was an integral part of the Product development Team. With over a decade of industry experience, he leads the Delivery Team at Caparizon with great emphasis on quality and timely delivery. His expertise in an array of technologies in Enterprise Applications, Web Applications and Mobile Applications helps the Team to provide solutions with clarity and quality.

Hari, as he is fondly called by the team members is an ardent lover of music and invests most of his money to have proper sound system in place.
